Scrum⁴ HR contains many practical examples, exercises and tools. You will also find templates and tips for facilitation techniques that help with project management. As part of the training, we regularly summarize key knowledge for the test, but also for practice. Last but not least, we develop the creation of individual solutions that can be applied immediately in practice.
The course does not require entry requirements. Knowledge and practical experience of Scrum is not a requirement, but can be an advantage.
The basis of the Scrum⁴ HR course is the Scrum methodology to a similar extent to the Scrum Master. However, the course is adapted to the environment of HR workers.
The added value is the topics and projects typical for HR. In group courses, participants also benefit from sharing and exchanging experiences.
By reading the Scrum Guide material, you will increase the effect of the training for you and others in the course.
The final exam takes the form of a written test with the choice of the correct answer from the test questions.1

SCRUM is an agile framework designed to help you manage any change in the organization (e.g. website redesign, new information system, etc.). SCRUM can be used independently or as part of an agile project, e.g. in combination with PRINCE2 Agile.
