The intensive 3-day course is intended not only for new applicants, but also for existing ITIL v3 graduates who want to upgrade their knowledge to the latest version. We strongly recommend not taking a shorter bridge course, due to the extensiveness of the topic.

The certification exam takes place online after completing the course. Candidates will receive a voucher with which they can reserve a date for the final exam.

The course has a Czech explanation, English training materials (official ITIL education kit) and an exam in English. Therefore, at least passive knowledge of the English language is required. The course itself does not require previous experience with ITIL & ITSM.

What is the difference between COBIT and ITIL?

While ITIL focuses on providing best practices for managing IT services and processes, COBIT focuses on controlling and managing IT from a corporate governance perspective.

Many organizations use both frameworks simultaneously to get a comprehensive and balanced approach to managing their IT operations.

How does IT4IT relate to the ITIL framework and ITSM?

IT4IT builds on older best practices, such as ITIL, and learns from their inadequacies due to their focus but also to age and the associated change in individual aspects of the IT business.

How can I take the final exam and get certified?

Final exam is included in the training price and takes place after the training. You can choose between two exam formats:

a) Paper-based at TAYLLORCOX Campus.

b) Online. You will receive an exam voucher along with instructions on how to book your online exam.

You can choose your preferred exam format on the first day of training. You can also purchase Take2 Option, with which you get a second attempt free of charge in case you fail your first exam attempt. Second attempt always takes place online.

You can download your PeopleCert certificate 2-3 business days after you have successfully passed the final exam.

Can the validity of the exam voucher be extended?

Vouchers for PeopleCert online certification exams are issued with limited validity. Requests to extend vouchers are subject to a fee charged by the PeopleCert authorizing body.

The validity of an online exam voucher can be extended by 6 months.

In order for the voucher to be extended, it must still be valid and before its expiration date. If the voucher is no longer valid, an extension cannot be purchased and a new voucher must be purchased.

Voucher extensions can be purchased for the following exams:

  • ITIL®

  • MoP®

  • M_o_R®

  • MSP®

  • P3O®

  • PRINCE2®

  • PRINCE2 Agile®

*The voucher must be purchased from TAYLLORCOX. Vouchers from other suppliers cannot be extended by TAYLLORCOX.

Can the PeopleCert exam be retaken?

Taking an exam means investing time, money, and energy. Wouldn't you like to take the exam knowing that if you don't get the result you expected, you can retake it at a fraction of the cost? In case of an unsuccessful result, the Take2 option is available exclusively through Online Proctoring.

If you purchase Take2 exam retake option and fail your first exam, you can retake the exam at no additional cost. Once your official results are available, you will be notified by email to register for the retake exam. The exam will be administered via Online Proctoring, which gives you the flexibility to take the exam at a time that is convenient for you. You have up to 6 months to prepare for and take the retake exam from the date of your first exam.
