The course is designed for CIOs and key associates responsible for fulfilling today's typical IT assignment. We organize public workshops for the exchange of opinions between managers of several companies and organizations, or private workshops for managers of one or more friendly organizations.
On the 1st day, we will go through typical situations in a company's life in which IT4IT is beneficial - for accelerating the response to business needs, increasing empathy, increasing efficiency, reducing the risk of malfunction, and more. Then we will look at the new tools that IT4IT puts in the hands of managers to solve these tasks.
On the 2nd day, we will finish introducing the tools and move on to the usual pitfall, which is the approach to implementation - we will show where to start, where to continue, where to end, what to do and what not to do. We will show examples of successful implementations in companies that, together with IT vendors and consulting firms, participated in the creation of IT4IT, and we will also add our own experience from the Czech Republic. We will go through the issue of IT tools supporting the acquisition of data needed for IT management.
IT4IT is an end-to-end IT business model, independent of vendors and the field of business, giving recommendations for increasing the flexibility of responding to business requirements, the speed of delivery of innovations, the availability and reliability of IT products and services, and of course also for increasing efficiency.
