Lean Six Sigma | Green & Black Belt

The entire course is organized according to the individual phases of the Deming cycle. One area is covered each day including practical exercises. The afternoon of the last day is reserved for the test. The training assumes knowledge of the topics covered in the Yellow Belt course.

The final exam takes the form of a written test with the choice of the correct answer from the test questions. It also contains basic statistical calculations.
