This course is designed for those with experience in applying Lean Six Sigma methodology within projects or within the continuous improvement of the company and provides a detailed overview of advanced techniques.

The course structure covers the entire improvement cycle and will allow graduates to work independently on projects and effectively propose areas for process improvement.

Candidates who participate in the course in the form of a virtual classroom also take the certification exam online.

Lean Six Sigma | Green Belt

The entire course is organized according to the individual phases of the Deming cycle. One area is covered each day including practical exercises. The afternoon of the last day is reserved for the test. The training assumes knowledge of the topics covered in the Yellow Belt course.

The final exam takes the form of a written test with the choice of the correct answer from the test questions. It also contains basic statistical calculations.
