If you are a manager responsible for the implementation of key projects, plans, or other types of activities, you must deal with risk management. Because almost every decision you make is associated with a certain amount of risk.

Experience with risk management in projects, programs, or organizations is an advantage. Not a requirement.

The certification exam is taken online after completing the course. Candidates will receive a voucher with which they can reserve the date of the final exam themselves.

Quali sono le differenze tra project, programme e portfolio management?

La gestione dei portafogli vi aiuta ad attuare gli obiettivi e i piani strategici. Implementando il MoP, si massimizza il ROI (ritorno sull'investimento), si ridefiniscono le priorità di progetti e programmi in base alle necessità, il tutto allocando solo le risorse (non solo finanziarie) che sono state stanziate per queste attività.

Nel ruolo di Portfolio Manager sarete principalmente responsabili della pianificazione, del controllo e della gestione degli obiettivi strategici con l'aiuto di progetti PRINCE2 e programmi PMI.

In altre parole, la gestione dei progetti e dei programmi si concentra sul fare le cose per bene. La gestione del portafoglio si occupa di fare le cose giuste.

Lze zkoušku PeopleCert v případě neúspěchu opakovat?

Zkouška znamená, že investujete čas, peníze a energii. Nechtěli byste se zúčastnit zkoušky s vědomím, že pokud výsledek nebude takový, jaký jste očekávali, můžete zkoušku opakovat za zlomek ceny? V případě neúspěšného výsledku je možnost Take2 k dispozici výhradně prostřednictvím Online Proctoring.

Pokud si zakoupíte připojištění zkoušky Take2 a u Vaší první zkoušky neuspějete, můžete zkoušku absolvovat znovu bez doplatku. Jakmile budou zveřejněny vaše oficiální výsledky, budete upozorněni e-mailem na registraci k opravné zkoušce. Zkouška bude probíhat prostřednictvím online proctoringu, který vám poskytne flexibilitu, abyste zkoušku mohli absolvovat v době, kdy vám to bude vyhovovat. Máte až 6 měsíců na přípravu a absolvování opravné zkoušky od data první zkoušky.

Lze platnost voucheru na zkoušku prodloužit?

Vouchery na online certifikační zkoušky PeopleCert jsou vydávány s omezenou platností. Požadavek na prodloužení poukazu je zpoplatněn autorizačním orgánem PeopleCert.

Platnost voucheru na online zkoušku lze prodloužit o 6 měsíců.

Aby byla platnost voucheru mohla být prodloužena, voucher musí být stále platný a před datem expirace. Pokud voucher již není platný, prodloužení zakoupit nelze a je nutné zakoupit nový voucher.

Prodloužení platnosti voucheru lze zakoupit na následující zkoušky:

  • ITIL®

  • MoP®

  • M_o_R®

  • MSP®

  • P3O®

  • PRINCE2®

  • PRINCE2 Agile®

*Voucher musí být zakoupen u TAYLLORCOX. Vouchery od jiných dodavatelů prodloužit nelze.
