The key to business success is choosing the right product that is attractive and brings value to customers. Product management allows you to set up a functional process for identifying such a product, planning its development and delivery, continuous customer feedback, deployment of the finished product and its management. It borrows the most useful of both waterfall and agile approaches and is thus an integral part of all business projects.
Participants will understand the basic principles of product management, become familiar with the product lifecycle, key processes, understand and be able to properly implement the role of a product manager in an organization.

In practical training you will understand the role of the product manager in analysing the market and customer needs. You will create a product vision and define product goals. Through a series of scenarios, you will delve deeper into each phase of the product lifecycle: from concept, planning, development to launch, product management and eventual recall.
Graduates of the course will receive a Certificate Certified Product Manager (CPM).
As part of the certification process, they must demonstrate knowledge of product management principles and methods, including the entire product life cycle – from idea and concept through planning, qualification, and launch to withdrawal. The exam tests the candidate's ability to manage a product portfolio, define customer value, create a business case, and use tools for development management and marketing strategy.
