What is P3M3?

P3M3 stands for The Portfolio, Programme, and Project Management Maturity Model. It is a framework for detailed analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness and maturity of processes (the so-called maturity model) of project, program and portfolio management.

How can P3M3 help?

This Assessment is the most advanced analytical tool that helps identify weaknesses and suggests their improvement in the form of best practices. The manager will thus be able to better define and implement any plan related to improvement, change, or transformation.

P3M3 uses three models to assess an organization's capability and performance:

  • Assessment of project management (PjM3)

  • Assessment of program management (PgM3)

  • Assessment of portfolio management / strategy (PfM3)

Can the P3M3 Audit end with certification?

Yes, the audited organization can also obtain the prestigious international P3M3 certification confirming the level of maturity in the field of project, program and portfolio management.

This certificate is based on findings obtained by an accredited partner during an in-depth audit. So it is not an individual PRINCE2 Foundation type certification, but a certificate issued by the given organization.

TAYLLORCOX is the only Accredited Consultant Partner (ACP) in the Czech Republic, which is authorized to perform P3M3 audits and accompanying services (ex. consultations).
