  • One of the largest operators of an online food delivery platform that sells millions of pizzas every year was once the number one market in the US
  • But after 6 months in the current year, sales are well below expectations. The highlight of the season is the Super Bowl. Over 12.5 million Pizzas are sold every year during this traffic finale!
  • Can you prepare your business for this event? Do not forget that your systems should also be ready, with sufficient disk capacity, network. You have the last 6 months of the year left so that the company doesn't end up in the red.
  • The general director of the company called on the directors of trade, marketing, finance, and the head of the product department to jointly prepare and implement a project plan to restore the lost market leader position.
  • Not everything can be implemented at the same time, learn to prioritize, discuss and delegate!
  • In the meantime, you deal with operational matters, other development projects (e.g. a new order form) in response to increasing competition. Don't forget that anything you start as a new project automatically burdens IT Operation.a
