What is TRIBECA?

TRIBECA is a methodology for traditional as well as agile project, program and portfolio management. One way is to learn best practices in isolation. The second way is TRIBECA, which connects all 3 layers into a comprehensive system. It is unique in that it integrates project, program and portfolio levels into a single "Manual". Understandable and practical.

What makes TRIBECA unique?

A big plus of this methodology is its compatibility with other standards. TRIBECA integrates the best of best practices and is fully compatible with PRINCE2, PMI and IPMA.

A huge advantage of these programs is the fact that TRIBECA contains in each level (Manager and Professional) the same amount of knowledge that you would get with other methodologies by completing at least 2-3 different courses (e.g. MSP, M_o_R, MoP and P3O from PeopleCert). In addition, the content of other methodologies and their certification programs overlaps and forces you to retake knowledge tests in areas you have already completed (eg: risk management). TRIBECA, on the other hand, takes a comprehensive approach to project management.

How does the final exam and certification work?

The final exam can be taken:

a) Online from the comfort of your home.

b) On paper at the TAYLLORCOX campus.

If you are interested, you can purchase additional exam insurance, with which you get a second attempt for free in the event of failure on the first attempt.

The outcome of a successfully completed exam is a prestigious, accredited and globally recognized certificate.
