Scrum⁴ PM (Project Managers) is a course specifically designed to meet the needs of project managers who want to start using Scrum, expand their knowledge or at least consider the benefits of agility. Agile transformation in PM has specific needs and expectations that are not covered in standard courses such as Scrum Master / Product Owner.

The highly interactive program imparts unique expertise in agile management and Scrum specifically focused on the needs and challenges of project and product managers.

Through practical examples and simulations that reflect real-life situations, you will gain valuable knowledge and skills to help you manage any project more effectively, but also to address typical issues in projects and delivery in line with the needs of the teams you support.

During the course, you will experience simulated situations typical of agile marketing projects, helping you practice new concepts and techniques immediately in practice. You'll gain a deeper understanding of the needs of a Scrum Team in an HR environment and learn how to more effectively address the challenges that this work entails.

One of the main goals of the program is also to impart practical experience from real-life adoptions of agile methodologies and Scrum in similar environments. The accredited trainer shares his/her experience and know-how from the field, which helps you to get a better feel for how to implement agile approaches in your individual work environment and use it effectively.
