Get your ITIL certification fast, according to your needs! We offer both two-day and three-day ITIL Foundation courses that will fully prepare you for the exam. If you are short on time, our intensive two-day course will allow you to get certified efficiently and quickly. For those who prefer more time to study and prepare, we also have a more convenient three-day option. After completing the course, you can take the exam immediately and receive your certificate within 2-3 business days.

Taking an exam means investing time, money, and energy. Wouldn't you like to take the exam knowing that if you don't get the result you expected, you can retake it at a fraction of the cost? In case of an unsuccessful result, the Take2 option is available exclusively through Online Proctoring.

If you purchase Take2 exam retake option and fail your first exam, you can retake the exam at no additional cost. Once your official results are available, you will be notified by email to register for the retake exam. The exam will be administered via Online Proctoring, which gives you the flexibility to take the exam at a time that is convenient for you. You have up to 6 months to prepare for and take the retake exam from the date of your first exam.

Vouchers for PeopleCert online certification exams are issued with limited validity. Requests to extend vouchers are subject to a fee charged by the PeopleCert authorizing body.

The validity of an online exam voucher can be extended by 6 months.

In order for the voucher to be extended, it must still be valid and before its expiration date. If the voucher is no longer valid, an extension cannot be purchased and a new voucher must be purchased.
