Since 2004, she has moved around large multinational corporations in the fields of finance, insurance, banking and pharmaceuticals. She led large-scale projects at the national, regional (CEE) and international level and tried out several lower and higher management positions here and abroad, even at the Global Management level of 2 world leaders (200k employees). She worked in various business areas such as: OpEx, HR, Customer service, Operations, Strategic management and planning, R&D, Innovation, Quality and process management, Project management, Portfolio management and PMO, Crisis mgmt, actively participated in extensive processes Culture changes and Agile transformation. On a global level, she had the opportunity to work with Big 5 prominent consulting group, namely Mckinsey and Deloitte. Also with partners such as Gartner consulting and Silicon Valley hub. In the field of OpEx, it saved its employers and clients over 8 million Euros on the implemented Business cases. She gradually experienced first-hand the differences in management typical of large companies and different nationalities, continents and cultures, managed teams in all regions (EMEA, APAC, NALA).
