For anyone who wants to strengthen agile development skills and use SAFe techniques such as ART (Agile Release Train), learn to work effectively with other agile teams and successfully prepare for the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) exam.

During the intensive 2-day course, you will be well prepared to maximize the benefits of SCRUM, Kanban, XP and other techniques.

You will know what to do, when to do it and how to do it in order to develop services with maximum added value. You will learn to create User Stories, define functions, iterations, plan program development. We'll show you how to integrate DevOps.

Passing the SAFe for Teams course is required to take the SAFe® Practitioner exam, which qualifies you as a SAFe® Practitioner (SP).

The course is open to anyone interested in SAFe, but the organization recommends the following minimum prerequisites for successful completion of the exam and full understanding of the content:

Agile concepts. Scrum. Kanban, XP Working. Knowledge/experience in hardware or software development.

The certification exam, which is taken individually after completing the course, is optional.

SAFe® for Teams

Successful graduates receive the SAFe Practitioner certification. The certificate declares that you are able to work in a development agile team, understand the responsibilities and needs of agility, and master the SAFe methodology in your positions.

Although this certification is similar in content to Leading Safe or SAFe Product Owner, it is specific to the needs of the development team.

Participants who successfully pass the certification exam will receive a certificate from the company. Scaled Agile, Inc., which owns the copyright and registered trademarks.

What is SAFe?

Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a framework for scaling agile methodologies to the level of the entire organization. It is a comprehensive and fully integrated framework that provides procedures, tools and methodologies for transforming an organization to agile operation. SAFe combines the principles of agile software development with concepts and practices from systems thinking, Lean management and DevOps.

How can I take the SAFe exam and get certified?

As part of the training, you will receive access to the Scaled Agile Community and a voucher for the final SAFe exam. The exam takes place online in an individual appointment. After successfully passing the exam, you will receive a certificate issued by Scaled Agile.

How does the new SAFe 6 version differ from version 5?

The new version of the SAFe methodology brings several changes, including the simplification of basic concepts, changes in program boards and processes, improvements to tools and support materials, and more.

These changes and improvements in SAFe version 6 aim to strengthen agile culture and processes in organizations and improve the ability of organizations to respond to change and innovate in an ever-changing business environment.
