The PRINCE2® 7 Foundation course is suitable for all team members who want to participate directly or indirectly in the successful implementation of a project.

Unlike other methodologies, the course does not require entry qualification prerequisites or previous experience. In short, it is open to a wide group of interested parties who are looking for an effective way to learn how to methodically manage large and small projects. The fantastic thing is that the methodology is not branch-focused and is thus the most widespread standard across disciplines.

The course includes the PRINCE2® Foundation certification exam, which the candidate takes online after completing the course. Successful candidates receive an internationally recognized PRINCE2® Foundation certificate.

The certification exam is taken online after completing the course. Candidates receive a voucher with which they can book their own final exam date.

What is PRINCE2?

PRINCE2 is the most popular methodology for project management and quality management. Its strengths are its flexibility and adaptability to the project. Most other methodologies are unnecessarily complex or difficult to apply in practice. PRINCE2 brings best practice to the project - a set of proven practices that work in practice and are used by the best project managers.

The project is divided into stages within a lifecycle and its management is logically divided into roles and responsibilities. All of this is divided into 7 Principles 7 Processes and 7 Practices.

For which projects can the PRINCE2 methodology be used?

This methodology will help you tackle small and large projects. The huge advantage is that it is modular and you can always use it for what is needed in the project. It won't burden you as much administratively and bureaucratically, yet it will help you keep an overview of the project. Until the end.

PRINCE2 is technology and industry neutral. It can be used for both IT and non-IT projects. It works great in any industry or sector.

How can I take the final exam and get certified?

Final exam is included in the training price and takes place after the training. You can choose between two exam formats:

a) Paper-based at TAYLLORCOX Campus.

b) Online. You will receive an exam voucher along with instructions on how to book your online exam.

You can choose your preferred exam format on the first day of training. You can also purchase Take2 Option, with which you get a second attempt free of charge in case you fail your first exam attempt. Second attempt always takes place online.

You can download your PeopleCert certificate 2-3 business days after you have successfully passed the final exam.
