PRINCE2 Agile® Intro is an introductory course that shows you the best of PRINCE2® + Agile.

The managerial introduction to agile management with PRINCE2® is intended for everyone who wants to keep projects under control, but at the same time needs to work more agilely.

The course can also be recommended to SCRUM team members who encounter limitations or have evaluated that a purely agile approach is too costly and methodologically insufficient in many respects.

PRINCE2® Agile is suitable for organizations already using PRINCE2® who are interested in adapting agile development methods, but also vice versa. Organizations that already use agile frameworks, or that are interested in introducing project management as a complement to a purely agile approach.
