Who will use Portfolio, Program and Project Offices (P3O®)?

P3O is intended for and brings benefits to a wide group of professionals who participate in change management in the organization, i.e. "Change the Business". It can be managers from project, program or portfolio offices.

Basic knowledge of the PRINCE2®, MSP®, MoP® methodology is not mandatory. P3O represents a higher level of managerial control across methodologies.
