The Portfolio Management Introduction course is designed as a basic managerial introduction to portfolio management (projects / programs) with the help of proven principles of the PORTFOLIO Management framework.

We will introduce you to the basis of the 5 Principles methodology that will help you set up portfolio management in your organization.

Furthermore, we will show you 2 cycles (Portfolio Management and Portfolio Management) that will continuously work in parallel for you and help you make the right management decisions.

We will also show you with practical examples all 12 activities that are the content of these two cycles and that contain all the portfolio management activities.
