  • Conducting a project retrospective to validate processes and discover areas for improvement.

  • Describes the general steps for implementing a standard testing process improvement initiative and how to create a testing improvement plan
  • Compares the characteristics of four popular models of test process improvement.
Testing Tools and Automation
  • How to plan and implement different types of tools (including open-source and custom-built tools), considering all the advantages and disadvantages.
Team composition
  • How to assess the range of skills required for a test team, and define a growth plan for skill development.
