ÚOOÚ uveřejnil kontrolní plán pro rok 2025. Pojďte se prakticky připravit na to, co se bude skutečně kontrolovat. Žádná velká teorie, jen praktický výklad ke kontrolní činnosti Úřadu se zaměřením na ohlášené témata kontrol. A věděli jste, že mimo kontrolní plán ještě stále probíhají i jiné kontroly? Třeba takové cookies už tři roky v řadě. Třeba už u vás kontrola byla a ještě o tom ani nevíte. Podíváme se také na to, jak reagovat na zjištění úřadu, která proběhla třeba před rokem, ale pokuta k Vám doputovala až letos. Nevyplatí se to podceňovat, doby, kdy pokuty byly pár tisíc, už jsou zdá se pryč. V roce 2024 pokuty za chybné cookies šplhaly na stovky tisíc. A to se vyplatí řešit včas.
Cílem tohoto praktického workshopu je poskytnout účastníkům hlubší porozumění procesu kontroly z pohledu GDPR a vytvořit základ pro přípravu a implementaci efektivního kontrolního plánu. Zaměříme se na výběr kontrol, jejich plánování, záznamy o kontrole a nastavení vhodného systému vyhodnocování.
