We have many years of practical experience and we are not afraid to show it. We will show how to look at everyday corporate life with a healthy critical eye, perceive the initial signals of faulty behavior, be able to identify them, name them and solve them effectively.
The goal is to provide participants with an insight into CMS / TOPO issues in a fun and lively way using examples, case studies and discussion (no formalism).
The certification exam takes place as part of the training on the last day of the course. Candidates who participate in the course in the form of a virtual classroom will also take the certification exam online.
