To take the exam, click on the link in the email from PeopleCert that you received after booking your exam date. Log in to the exam using your PeopleCert login.

At least 24 hours before the exam begins, check the compatibility of your device with the testing platform. You should also check that you have a valid photo ID and that you can rotate your webcam 360°. Detailed steps for this check can be found in the Complete Online Exam Guide, which you can download below.

You can start checking in 30 minutes before the exam begins. During this process, you will need to agree to the confidentiality agreement, carefully read and confirm the exam instructions, and upload your ID. You will then be ready to connect with the proctor by clicking the "Start now" button.

When your proctor joins the session, you will receive the following instructions:

• Check audio and video performance

• If necessary, show your ID to the camera.

• Show us your room and your desk

• Share your screen with the proctor

• Confirm your personal details. If any information is incorrect, please inform your online proctor.

• Your online proctor will let you know when you are ready to start the exam!

Participants now download their certificates themselves. For reasons of personal data protection, we no longer have access to your certificates. You can easily download your certificate by clicking on the red button, which will redirect you to your private profile. You can download your certificate there.

• We are no longer able to deliver PeopleCert paper certificates.

• Please remember the password you entered during registration.

Is membership necessary for certification?

It is not mandatory, but highly recommended – especially if you want access to mock tests, second attempts, or official study materials.

How do I gain access?

After payment of your order, we will send you an access code and instructions on how to activate your membership in your PeopleCert account.

Vouchers for PeopleCert online certification exams are issued with limited validity. Requests for voucher extensions are subject to a fee charged by the PeopleCert authorizing body.

The validity of the online exam voucher can be extended by 6 months.

In order for the validity of the voucher to be extended, the voucher must still be valid and before its expiration date. If the voucher is no longer valid, the extension cannot be purchased and a new voucher must be purchased.
