What is MSP?

Managing Successful Programs (MSP) presents proven Principles and Processes - focused on program management. Program management is a level higher than project management.

MSP® is based on practice and contains best practices for successful change management. The program management methodology is very flexible, it can be used in any industry, regardless of the size of the organization.

What is the difference between a project and a program?

The program (MSP) consists of specific projects (PRINCE2) that have a common goal or project objective. If we are tasked with a more complex transformation or the realization of organizational, business or strategic goals, as a rule, the realization of this goal will require the management of more than one type of project.

That's exactly what Managing Successful Programs (MSP) is all about. Program goals are always at a strategic level and aim to meet organizational, business or transformational goals.
