Why LPIC-3

LPIC-3 is designed for the enterprise-level Linux professional and represents the highest level of professional, distribution-neutral Linux certification within the industry. 

The Mixed Environment (LPIC-3 300) course is a comprehensive, lab-oriented class on OpenLDAP configuration, including integrating authorization systems and services.

In order to obtain LPIC-3 certification, you must have an active LPIC-2 certification. However, you may take the LPIC-2 and LPIC-3 exams in any order. To successfully obtain the certification, you must have experience installing and maintaining a Linux system.
