  • Business analysts who create initial process designs

  • Developers responsible for implementing the technical solution

  • Other team members who will manage and monitor these processes

What will you learn

More information
  • Design an independent integrated model
  • Share and exchange modeled processes between diagramming tools
  • Create a consistent description by unifying the definitions and the metamodel
  • With BPMN XML for model transformation, you will build better modeling for correct decision making

BPMN has become the standard for modeling business processes. It is intended for all stakeholders who design, implement and manage business processes.

The BPMN notation emphasizes the comprehensibility of process descriptions for users while trying to preserve the basic rules of BPML (Business Process Modeling Language) principles such as flexibility and portability.

The certification exam takes place as part of the training on the last day of the course. Candidates who participate in the course in the form of a virtual classroom will also take the certification exam online.

Prestigious certification included

BPMN Foundation

Graduates will receive a Certificate in Business Process Modeling and Notation at the BPMN Foundation level. As part of the certification, they must demonstrate practical knowledge of BPMN principles and techniques.

What is BPMN?

Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) is a graphic notation and at the same time a ratified standard, or international ISO standard ISO/IEC 19510, which is identical to OMG BPMN. It is mainly used for detailed modeling, analysis and redesign of enterprise architecture processes, which is also known as Enterprise Architecture (EA).

What is ISO 19510?

ISO 19510 is an international standard that describes a process modeling notation called BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and serves to provide a unified and standardized approach to business process modeling.

The main objective of ISO 19510 is to enable organizations and individuals to communicate about business processes through a uniform language and notation, which facilitates the understanding, analysis and management of processes in different industries and organizations.

How does the final exam and certification work?

The final exam can be taken:
