Day 1 will teach you how to work with language models at an expert level: you will learn techniques like Chain-of-Thought prompting, learn how to debug model outputs (including ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude) and understand how to use AI in analytical, legal and crisis communication. In the afternoon session, you will dive into the legal, ethical and security aspects of AI: the AI Act, GDPR, bias and cyber threats associated with generative models.

Day 2 focuses on practical automation using AI agents and integration with common tools (Microsoft 365, Power Automate). You will learn how to design micro-automations and create simple AI agents in a no-code environment. The end of the course includes a presentation of your own designs, sharing of experiences and recommendations for further development of AI skills.
