Lucie Balýová

Lucie has been dealing with the issue of personal data protection for more than 10 years, especially with regard to daily use in practical applications, conducting personal data protection audits, teaching and consulting activities. In legal practice, she focuses not only on the protection of personal data, but also on IT law and cyber security, where the individual specializations are fundamentally complementary for solving specific cases. Lucie publishes widely in professional periodicals, is a member of the professional association gdpr.cz and the author of several professional books, and often speaks out on issues related to personal data, IT law and cyber security, and also teaches at several universities.
