František Nonnemann

Frantisek has devoted more than ten years to the topic of law and practice of personal data processing and protection. After graduating from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, he worked for many years in senior positions at the Office for Personal Data Protection, including as head of the legal department. Frantisek also took part in the preparation of the accredited Personal Data Protection Officer course, is the author of the Handbook for Commissioners, is also involved in the development of other GDPR services, sample documents, methodologies, created a free online tool for GDPR Audit and now works in the working group for certification within the GDPR Compliance. Active activities in European working groups for the protection of personal data and international control activities cannot be neglected either. He is the co-author of the commentary on Act No. 110/2019Coll., on the protection of personal data, as well as the commentary on the GDPR, as well as a number of professional articles.
