Who needs eIDAS

eIDAS certification is required for all qualified Trust Service Providers (QTSPs) and organizations delivering regulated electronic identification, signature, seal, timestamp, or certificate services under the EU eIDAS Regulation.

This includes:

  • electronic signatures, seals, timestamps, and certificates
  • public authorities relying on qualified trust services for identity
  • tech vendors integrating eIDAS solutions into their services / products

eIDAS certification ensures that your organization operates within the highest European standards of digital trust, integrity, and interoperability.

It provides legal assurance that your systems and processes meet the technical and organizational requirements defined by EU Regulation 910/2014, ETSI EN 319 standards, and eIDAS 2.0 updates.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is certification?

A certificate issued to a company declares that the organization meets international standards of quality, safety or other areas. It is important for ensuring customer trust, improving processes and gaining a competitive advantage.

How long does the audit take?

The audit can be 1 day, last days or weeks. It depends on the size of the organization, the scope of the certification and the complexity of the processes.

How long is the certificate valid?

Certification is usually valid for 3 years. To maintain certification, regular internal audits and participation in surveillance audits are required annually.

What is the cost of getting certified?

TAYLLORCOX does not use outsiders, it holds its own accreditations, so we do not incur any indirect costs and other side fees as is the practice of other certification bodies.

Our clients get a prestigious globally recognized certificate and premium access at a more than competitive price. Furthermore, the financial budget for the implementation of the audit depends on several factors, such as the size of the organization, the scope of the certification, etc. Smaller organizations with simpler processes can expect lower costs.

CERTIFICATION TRANSFER: why switch from the competition?

Transfer is the process of passing a certification from one certification body to another, for example TAYLLORCOX. And that without interrupting the validity of the certification.

You should consider it if you are not satisfied with your current auditor, want to get a prestigious certificate, or if you are looking for a more efficient way of managing certification and more comprehensive services (personal certification, attestation).

CERTIFICATION TRANSFER: what benefits does TAYLLORCOX bring?

TAYLLORCOX offers experienced auditors, an efficient and pragmatic approach, transparent costs, and a valuable opportunity to use a wider range of services, including a modern management academy.

CERTIFICATION TRANSFER: Will I lose validity during the transfer?

No, your existing certification remains valid during the transfer process. Switching to TAYLLORCOX will not affect the validity of your certification as long as all requirements are met.

CERTIFICATION TRANSFER: Are there any fees associated with the transfer of certification to us?

TAYLLORCOX has a transparent fee policy. Possible costs associated with the transfer will be communicated in advance and usually only include administrative fees for document review.
