CEH v12 - certification exam

In the course, you work with a virtual lab and an e-book. The e-book contains security techniques in a high-end visual presentation, the 20 most important security areas and more than 270 attack techniques. It remains with you after the course to study for 1 year. The virtual lab is valid for 6 months. Upon completion, an exam voucher is automatically sent to your email address.

You can take the exam in one of the following ways:

• in person at our training centre

• in person at the VUE test centre (contact EC-Council for more information)

• virtually with a proctor from the EC-Council certification body

If you are interested in taking the exam in person at TAYLLORCOX, please contact [email protected] and we will arrange an individual appointment with you. If you wish to take the exam virtually, you will make arrangements with the EC-Council certification vendor and pay a $100 fee for the administration of the exam by a proctor. Payment can be made by debit or credit card.

a) exam in TAYLLORCOX

The exam is taken using a web browser. It is therefore not necessary to download any application. If you do not have your own hardware on which you can take the exam, we have the possibility of renting it in the training center, in which case you need to make arrangements in advance.

b) Virtual exam with a proctor

The virtual exam requires the installation of an application, a camera and a working microphone. Upon payment of the service fee, an email will be sent with links to install the application. We recommend installing the app at least two days in advance in case of technical difficulties. EC-Council offers chat support, which you can contact at any time with questions. The chat support responds immediately. Log in to the app at least 15 minutes before the exam starts to avoid any potential problems.

You will find out the results of the exam immediately after the exam is completed. If you pass, expect your certificate within a few working days. We do not have access to your certificates for privacy reasons. You can download it on your EC-Council profile.
